    The Think hub vision

The Think Hub is a growing movement of African female leaders, united by the vision to ignite change, break barriers, and redefine leadership across the continent.

It is more than a space for mentorship, career growth, and leadership—it is a launchpad for action, where young women take initiative, lead with confidence, and drive meaningful transformation in their communities.

By equipping them with the skills, networks, and mindset for impact, the Think Hub is shaping a generation of fearless changemakers who will lead Africa into a brighter future.

    What is The Think Hub?

The Think Hub is an integral part of the AGF scholarship journey—a scholarship-holder-driven platform where secondary school students, interns, university scholars, and alumnae develop leadership, innovation, entrepreneurial, and life skills.

Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning, the Think Hub empowers AGF scholars to take initiative, grow their potential, and actively contribute to their schools and communities.

Who is The Think Hub for?

The Think Hub is for all AGF scholarship holders—secondary school students, interns, university scholars, and alumnae—who are committed to taking initiative, leading, and actively shaping its future.

Regardless of their education level, every AGF scholar is expected to engage, contribute, and take responsibility for making the Think Hub a thriving and impactful space.

Why AGF Invests in Leadership Development

The AGF Leadership Pathway develops scholarship holders—from high school to university—into responsible, action-driven leaders.

AGF scholarships are not financial support. They are leadership contracts.

We believe leadership is built through action, reflection, and increasing responsibility.
Scholars progress from internal peer leadership to community impact and, ultimately, to strategic initiatives with long-term value.

Our goal:
To develop women who lead with empathy, courage, accountability, and measurable impact.

The Think Hub activities

Think Hub gave me the courage to speak up, dream bigger, and lead boldly.”

Being part of the AGF Think Hub has transformed me. I now share my ideas with confidence and think more strategically. Hearing other women’s stories inspired me to believe in my own potential.
Think Hub isn’t just a space — it’s a launchpad for bold ideas and brave voices. Thank you for this incredible platform.

Phonita, Malawi

“Think Hub is more than a platform — it’s a sisterhood.”
Monica, South Sudan

“Think Hub gave me the courage to lead and the belief that anything is possible.”

Through the Idea Party and Peer Mentorship, I’ve gained confidence, clarity, and purpose. Sharing my poultry farming idea pushed me to act — and even sparked a school mentorship program in Mukuru.
Think Hub has empowered us to lead, speak up, and shape our future. Thank you, AGF.

Esther, Kenya

“Think Hub taught me to start with what I have — and believe it’s enough.”

Through Jacinta’s sessions, I’ve learned what true resilience looks like — especially as someone who, like her, grew up in Mukuru. Her story and the experiences shared by other AGF girls have inspired me deeply.

The Idea Party was a highlight. Hearing so many creative business ideas and seeing the encouragement in our community made me feel supported and empowered.

I’ve also gained a broader awareness of African cultures and the challenges girls face, from forced marriage to lack of education. This journey has opened my eyes and strengthened my purpose.

Thank you for this transformative opportunity.
