HERconomy Rising is a 3-month online course for AGF Form 5 and 6 students.
The program is designed to help young women uncover their strengths, build leadership and communication skills, and explore entrepreneurship opportunities through interactive weekly Zoom lessons.
The course aims to help students discover their strengths, overcome challenges, communicate effectively, design business ideas, and develop leadership skills. They will also apply their learning through hands-on projects and weekly activities. To support implementation, interns act as mini-coaches, guiding students and observing how well they put lessons into practice.
By the end of the course, students should have a clear sense of purpose, the ability to develop viable projects or business ideas, and the confidence to lead and make an impact.
