Our mission for Adolescent Girls is a dynamic program. We like to stay update with the newest trends and keep provide to the girls of today the rights tools to became the women of tomorrow.

At the African Adolescent Girl Fund (AGF), our scholarship program is about more than financial support—it’s a transformative journey. Through our AGF Think Hub, we provide workshops, mentorship, and events that empower and inspire young women to reach their full potential.

Our partner schools gain access to a range of impactful resources, including:

  • Critical Thinking and Confidence-Building Workshops to foster self-assurance and decision-making skills.

  • Entrepreneurial Activities to spark creativity and cultivate leadership.

  • Inspirational Talks from trailblazing female leaders who share their journeys and encourage others to dream big.

By integrating these opportunities, we equip adolescent girls with the tools to thrive personally and professionally, preparing them to lead and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.


Three is the number of our support system, three step and three key words to resume it : knowledge, grow, empower. Give to a young ambitious girl the right education and she will grow into a strong and powerful women that will know how to lift the other girls.

AGF’s program spans from high school to tertiary scholarships, complemented by professional internships—each step is crucial for an African girl’s success. Throughout this journey, she will gain not only knowledge and self-confidence but also become part of a strong network of girls and women. This network will grow with every new participant, fostering dynamic and lasting connections. Just as a flower needs the right environment, it also requires the sun and water to thrive.

High school scolarships

We provide full scholarships to deserving students to complete their final two years of senior secondary school.

Professional internship program

After graduating from high school, our students embark on a 1–2 year professional internship program.

Tertiary scholarships

Upon completing the Professional Internship Program, students receive a full scholarship to pursue an undergraduate degree of their choice at a university in their home country.
